About St Mary's church
St Mary's is situated in the village of Holmbury St Mary, at the centre of
the Surrey Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.
It is is a friendly, worshipping community with services that offer a mixture
of traditional and more modern, and a warm welcome for all ages.
You are invited to visit the Church at any time during daylight hours - the door is always open - whether to marvel at its lovely interior, to find peace
or to sit in prayer and meditation.
The parish is part of the Leith Hill United Benefice which includes the
churches of St James, Abinger Common, Christ Church, Coldharbour, and St John, Wotton.

The Parochial Church Council (PCC) is a team of clergy and lay members of St Mary's.
It is responsible for the overall wellbeing, practical as well as spiritual, of Holmbury church, its members, and the church buildings. The PCC also has a duty to promote the mission of the church within the wider community
